We engaged with Talentia on an exploratory basis initially to help us understand the areas we needed to focus on in relation to our in-house recruitment and improving the processes in this area.

We had a really constructive session on site, Andy was incredibly patient whilst we unpicked what we currently have in place, the challenges we are facing and where we ideally want to be. He asked all the right questions which enabled us to deep dive into some of the areas we hadn’t originally addressed and get the most out of the time we had. Being able to do the session face to face was a really personable touch and something we found made a real difference when working with a partner on a project like this.

On the back of the session, we received an in depth proposal outlining the projects we would need to consider, all of which were things we had discussed and are in line with our priorities when it comes to moving things forward.

The transformation since we embarked on the project with TTS has been remarkable - the free audit and process map were an absolute ‘no-brainer’ and both led us to the conclusion that Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) was an absolutely essential addition.
